In this session you will be guided in a systematic guided meditation toward complete relaxation in the physical, mental and emotional bodies There is no asana (postures). You will be asked to lay down in a warm and comfortable environment in your home and listen to the suggestions of a rotation of consciousness.. Yoga Nidra is a calming balm, restores vitality and deeply heals and rejuvenates your system. All are welcome to attend this two part series.
