Using Art Therapy to Heal the Black Community
Gillian Pulley is an art therapist, consultant, and mentor based in Nashville. She has been running her private practice “Undivided Whole” remotely since March 2020. She encourages her clients to explore topics of their interest and their challenges through their individual creative language. Gillian values laughter and play as pathways of healing, and often finds herself assisting clients in strengthening their spiritual identities and practices.

Art therapy is the practice of creativity as a healing expression. Contrary to popular belief, it is not just for children, and it's not solely for those with artistic talent. The truth is, we as the Black Community have an innate ability to express ourselves creatively. Join us for this conversation on how we can use art therapy to heal wounds in the Black Community.
