Joanie Level 1
Classes are designed to introduce and teach basic yoga postures, philosophy and breath. No prior yoga experience is necessary. This is an asana class. All postures taught will be demonstrated first, then you will be guided orally through the pose. You need a mat, belt and blocks for class. Have a chair nearby or set up near a wall, if you want extra support.

Joanie Moore
Joanie has been active in physical fitness her whole life. Certified in group fitness and personal training by the American Council on Exercise for over 20 years. Joanie brings knowledge, humor and enthusiam to her classes.
