Take a moment out of your month to pause as UR staff member, Roger Mancastroppa, offers a 30-minute instruction in mindfulness and meditation.

The second Thursday of each month Roger will be teaching basic KORU mindfulness skills, making the session perfect for those new to mindfulness and those looking to grow their practice alike!
