This is a dynamic yoga practice that will raise your body temperature and make you sweat.
Exploring your breathing technique to fuel each movement to flow between yoga postures with the class finishing with relaxing Savasana and meditation.
Suitable for all levels to listen out for different options for postures and settle for what your body is comfortable doing. If this is your first time and you have any questions please log on early and share these in the chat (privately) or email me so I can include modification options in the class.
This is a great opportunity to set some time aside for yourself therefore try and stay logged on start to finish just as you would in a studio setting.
Rest when you need and breath to fuel each movement.
Equipment: Use a mat, rug, towels, carpet as a recommended base to protect your knee/body etc. you can include a strap, block or cushion.
Alternatively a cushion or book to sit on but not essential.
Approach each pose with curiosity and listen to your body. This is an opportunity to tune in to yourself. Childs pose will alway be an option at any point in the practise and will be demonstrated at the beginning of lesson.
