Everyone talks about “mindfulness” these days. We know that is a better mindset to live our life with, but sometimes “mindfulness” is too abstract to grasp.
Easier done than said, since yoga and meditation are the physical implementation of mindfulness, instead of endless talking, let’s practice a little yoga and meditation in this class.
