Please join us on December 8th with award-winning author Mark Schatzker. Mark will be discussing his latest book, The End of Craving: The Lost Art of Eating Well. Already an international bestseller, Mark reveals how our dysfunctional relationship with food began—and how science is leading us back to healthier living and eating.

Mark Schatzker is the author of The End of Craving, The Dorito Effect and Steak. He is a writer in residence at the Modern Diet and Physiology Research Center, which is affiliated with Yale University. His writing has appeared in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Best American Travel Writing and Annual Review of Psychology.
