Nidrayoga and Pranayama
For this online class you need either a yoga mat or or blanket, so you can lay down during nidra yoga. 1 hour of nidra yoga stands for 4 hours of sleeps. Do not forget to add these events to your calendar!
The result of this practice is a feeling of resting, joy, serenity, peaceful, free from stress. Completely refreshed.
