Paul Gardetto and Mary Van De Kamp-Nohl will present on work they have done to preserve Ashippun Lake and then lead a discussion.
Paul is a physiologist who earned both a Bachelor's degree in biology from Ripon College and Master's degree in biology from Marquette University. He is a retired Air Force aviation physiologist, and continues to teach science of all types to a variety of audiences. He is also a Commissioner of Ashippun Lake District.
Mary is the past President of Ashippun Lake District. As President, she saw a need to address potential concerns and acted on them, showing leadership and setting an example to create informed objective data. She has a background as a journalist and is a master of communication.
