Yin & Pranayama
A beautiful balance between pranayama breathwork and supported yin style postures. Practice breaths that energize you, increase your lung capacity and cultivate awareness. Healthy lungs are vital during this time!
Then practice shapes that are low to the ground with long holds and deep stretches for fascia. A great way to unwind from a stressful day, calm the mind, and help you sleep.

Classes are $12 for one or $50 for 5 (no expiry) payable via etransfer to shellyogakirtan@gmail.com. If you register for a class, you will also have access to the recording of class for 48 hours to either make up a class you couldn't catch live, or do over a few times more as desired.
