Originally from Morocco, Meryem Alaoui is a somatic movement educator, a professional dancer and, a certified yoga instructor living in Toronto. She's passionate about helping women move their bodies with more kindness and joy to feel more present and balanced, relieve pain, regain mobility, and connect more deeply to themselves. In this Coffee Shop, Meryem will show us a gentle way to get fit, ease pain, and find more freedom in our bodies.
