Paint and Relax
Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month by attending our Paint and Relax Workshop. Being creative can help relieve stress, boost resilience, and improve mood. Join our beginner-friendly guided workshop to tap into your creativity and create your own masterpiece.

Below is a list of recommended supplies to ensure participants are properly prepared. We encourage you to use what you have at home or visit your local art store. Supplies can also be purchased online from most major retailers.

-Canvas (recommended size is 8x11 or 9x12, but any size will work!)
-Acrylic paint set: ideally a set with 16 colors or more – any brand works!
-Paint brushes (at least 4 in assorted sizes)
-Cup of water
-Pencil & eraser
-Paper towel
