Charities across the UK require digital specialists to join their board of trustees. Digital specialists across the UK want to volunteer their time effectively in a strategic role but often don't know where to start. Digital Trustees is an initiative funded by The Catalyst and organised by Third Sector Lab, and we are all about making that happen.

Our event gives charities and those working in the technology sector the chance to connect via matchmaking, talks and more.

We aim to have a 50/50 charity/digital attendees split.

Digital professionals - this is your chance to meet a range of charities and consider joining one of their boards as a trustee. We are looking for data analysts, service designers, IT specialists, cyber security experts, developers, UX professionals, digital comms & marketing professionals and digital all-rounders.

Charity professionals & volunteers - this is your chance to find a tech professional who can help move forward your organisation in the right direction.

You will hear from digital professionals about their trustee journey and charities sharing their experiences of having a digital expert on their board. There will be an opportunity to discuss the role of digital trustees during a Q&A plus we'll be signposting you to a range of useful resources to help you recruit the right digital trustee.
