Join us at this informational session presented by Brian Cleasby, Community Outreach and Resource Planning Specialist for the U.S. Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division, discussing employment and labor regulations that apply to federal contractors and subcontractors. Government contractors must carefully navigate the employment laws and understand how to stay compliant with these regulations. Participants will gain an understanding of the Davis Bacon Act and the Service Contract Act as well as the overtime and sick leave requirements.
