Free School's Herbal Basics: Daily Routine + Sleep Hygiene
While herbs are powerful tools of health and well-being, as herbalists and holistic health workers, it’s important we also look to the bigger picture of our daily lives. In this class we will explore practical ways to help folks create healthier daily routines (aka dinacharya). We will focus in particular on movement, de-stressing techniques, and improving our sleep.
