INCITE in conversation - September 2021
The last couple of years have demonstrated that libraries need to expect the unexpected, but how do you prepare for the unprecedented when you don’t have an evidence base for best practice? Scenario planning is a process that helps organisations think strategically about these kinds of scenarios. This month, we will be joined by Brendan Fitzgerald and Cameron Morley, who will discuss some of the principles behind scenario planning, and how it has been applied to the State Library of NSW’s strategic planning for public libraries. This session will expand on the article, ‘All things considered’, from the upcoming September/October issue of INCITE magazine.
