Online Public Dissemination: Costs, Benefits and Challenges of National Digital Identification Systems in East Africa
The report highlights findings on the ssocio-economic costs, benefits and challenges of National Digital Identification Systems in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. This study was conducted by Makerere University School of Public Health-ResilientAfrica Network (RAN) in partnership with the University of Nairobi and Muhimbili University of Allied Sciences with funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID.
