"Tech neck" not only feels uncomfortable but neck tightness and misalignment can lead to breathing difficulties, headaches, poor digestion – and even anxiety and depression.

In this 60-minute guided experience, Beth Bierko will share gentle techniques to unwind and be kind to our neck and shoulders – and you'll learn to nurture yourself, alleviate pain and restore a more fluid, relaxed alignment.
