You will need 2 large pillows and 2 blankets.
This rejuvenating & relaxing class will allow you to let go of 2020 and start to look forward to a new year. This blend of yoga postures along with restorative poses will help the body heal and gain strength.
Ages 12 and up.
Each pose will be shown with modifications. You will feel refreshed and grateful that you took the class.
