Welcome to Thursday Morning Gentle Yoga. This is a mainly floor based practice of slow, mindful movement combined with gentle breathing practices, meditation and relaxation.
You can register below by selecting which classes you wish to join.
Please note: New Students must fill in a health questionnaire and read the disclaimer form. This will be emailed to you when you register.
Please log in 10 mins before we start so we can iron out any audio-visual issues etc.
During this 10 minutes you will be able to chat with me and the other participants. When the session begins I will mute you all. I will also "spotlight" my camera to make it easier for you to see me. For those of you unfamiliar with Zoom I will show you how you can also mute yourself and choose Speaker view so you will mainly see me.
Before our yoga session begins, please gather together your yoga mat and any props you have and ensure you have enough space to move safely and lie down to rest. Have some blocks/cushions/blankets so that you can sit comfortably. A scarf/eye bag or something similar to cover your eyes for relaxation and a blanket to keep warm would be good too.
All sessions are £5 and can be either pay as you go or in monthly blocks. Direct Banking transfer details are provided upon completion of registration.
