Quiet Leadership explores our Organisations as an ecosystem, and allows us to consider how, in each and every day, we both add value to, and take something out of, that system: essentially how we both enhance and degrade it through our small actions.

You will explore the small actions by which this happens, and to give us all a space to decide how we will make this journey: we will explore ‘humility’, ‘kindness’, ‘fairness’, and ‘grace’ in our leadership practice.

The programme runs over four weeks, and you will need to commit an hour each week for the session. During that time we will do some work together as a full group, as well as working in pairs for a number of conversations. We hope that one legacy of this programme will be that experience of meeting new people from diverse backgrounds.
