Power Providers & Utilities Transit Decarbonization Committee Meeting #3

CUTRIC-CRITUC’s Power Providers & Utilities Transit Decarbonization Committee has been formed to identify and overcome technology and policy challenges impeding the widespread introduction of high-powered and low-powered charging stations for electric buses across Canada. The initiative is now being extended to assess utility opportunities and challenges in hydrogen fuelling innovation for hydrogen fuel cell propulsion systems in transit and coach applications, as well. CUTRIC Members, especially its electric and natural gas utility members, are invited to attend the inaugural Power Providers & Utilities Transit Decarbonization Committee meeting as we further seek to work towards our goal of supporting utilities in developing an internal transit electrification strategy.
