Qigong and Internal Martial Arts Class

This 90-min class is open to anyone who has completed Season One and Season Two of my qigong and internal martial arts course. Please DO NOT sign up for this course if you haven't, as you'll be a bit confused and lost :)

The class will be run based on dana, or generosity. A suggested dana is £5-10 per class. If you are furloughed or unemployed, you are welcome to attend for free.

Please have a working camera, prepare a chair, and be open to goofiness!
