40 Minute Pump Class with Jo G
This class if for members who have done Body Pump before, or who have completed the Les Mills on Demand tutorial. You will need weights, a bar is preferable but dumbbells are good too! Feel free to improvise (water bottles, tins etc.) If you have any questions, please e-mail Jo on firstname.lastname@example.org (Jo is online 10-2, Monday to Friday).
