Fireside Chat: Embracing Discomfort Pt. 2

We started some incredible conversations during our Feburary Embracing Discomfort workshop, but we ran out of time to really dig deep. As requested - we're diving in with a part two! This casual session (in the form of a Fireside Chat) gives us a chance to share and learn with each other. We'll have open conversations about why we tend to avoid uncomfortable situations - what is it that makes us afraid to say the wrong thing? How can we learn to step into that space of discomfort instead of standing back and not taking action? The best part of our Fireside Chat format is the opportunity to dip a toe into a vulnerable space and share personal experiences in a non-judgmental, comfortable, and supported environment.
