Intro to Ashtanga
In the Intro Ashtanga Yoga Level class we will practice the two types of Sun Salutations, the six fundamental standing postures, the first five poses of the primary series, followed by the closing sequence. This is a 45 minute class, and is a great intro for people who have not practiced Ashtanga Yoga before. It can serve as a daily practice for those who are looking for a short, daily routine that they can also practice on their own.
