The Healing Circle is a twice-monthly, small-group yoga session designed to help survivors healing from abuse, assault, grief and trauma. Focus is on reconnecting with your body in a meaningful way. Learn how to be present in the moment and in yourself through comfortable, gentle methods of yoga, movement, mantra, and meditation.
