This meditation practice cultivates the ultimate, state of deep relaxation and well-being.
It can be done in any position that is comfortable for you; either seated, or lying down
No meditation experience required- beginner to advanced welcome!
Recommended for practice, (as available):
- blanket(s)
- a pillow
- an eye covering
- small touchstone, (pebble, crystal)
