CA LMI Problem Solving Webinar Part 1: Collaborative Problem Solving
This free webinar will dig into the first two stages of the Guide to Collaborative Problem Solving, a new tool to assist you with building collaborative problem solving systems that emphasize labor management partnership and equity.

In this webinar we will explore the Big Ideas associated with Stage 1, "Identify the Issue You are Trying to Solve" and Stage 2, "Define Our Authority and Agency." We will also practice using Guiding Questions to implement each stage.

This Guide and Webinar frankly address the common barriers and "elephants in the room" that prevent us from accomplishing our teaming and planning goals. Join us as we work to build stronger and more impactful labor-management partnerships for our students, families and staff!

The CA Labor Management Initiative brings you another webinar in our series on leading teams through turbulent times. This webinar will present an overview of how to organize teams for the kind of adaptive, collaborative problem solving necessary as we deal with increased uncertainty and complexity in public education. The session will be led by CA LMI coaches with experience supporting labor-management teams across the state.
