Teaching Well Together Guided Mindfulness Practices
Join fellow teachers who are also teaching from home during the COVID-19 Crisis. During the month of May we will come together each Monday to hold space and practice mindfulness. As we all try to best take care of our own health and well-being during this unprecedented time, our guided practices will be a time to just show up with no pressure or expectations.

All participants will also receive a monthly calendar that will offer small mindful moments that can be used to build a mindful self-care routine in only minutes a day.
