Unwind from your day, with this 1 hour embodied yoga practice, designed to acclimate your body and soul to the energy of the setting sun. You will experience a slower pace, where we will connect to the Earth thorough grounding and balancing postures. We will then release tension in regions of the body that hold stress, through stretching and restorative movements. You will connect deeply with your breath as you experience a focused pranayama ( breathing ) practice/meditation to settle your thoughts and your mind at the close of your day.
