Last month we ran our very first session for women in agencies to come together and discuss what it’s like to be a woman in this industry.
It went down so well that we’ve decided to make this a permanent fixture in our monthly schedule.
This is a safe space for women in agencies to talk, share their experiences and give each other advice on all manner of topics within the agency sphere and beyond.
This month our moderator is Gemma Ballinger, managing director of Output.
She’s recently taken over the running of Output from three male founders, alongside creative director, Johanna Drewe.
An important talking point for women in agencies is allyship:
• Do you feel you need to be a role model for other women?
• How do you become a role model – and how do you cope with the pressure that may come with this?
• How do you look out for and support other women in your agency?
We’ll be chatting about all this and more – don’t forget your cuppa.
