In the third and final event of our Watershed Moment series, we will hear from Palencia Mobley, Deputy Director and Chief Engineer of the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department, to better understand the challenges and opportunities we face related to stormwater management and water protection from a regional perspective. We will also hear from Fr. Bill Danaher of Christchurch Cranbrook (Bloomfield Hills) and Rev. Charles Christian Adams of Hartford Memorial Baptist Church (Detroit) about how suburban and urban faith communities can live into their aspirations to be good stewards of the regional watershed we share. Bill Secrest will lead us in an opening grounding on the sacredness of water from a Buddhist perspective.
