Enneagram with Sarah and Emily: Coming Alive to our Three Centers of Intelligence

This virtual, experiential class is for Enneagram learners who are already familiar with the Enneagram or who are willing to read about it before we are together. Maybe you know your number, but your insight hasn’t progressed much beyond that. Or maybe you’ve done most of your learning alone, and being in community is the next step.

Sarah and Emily are soul friends, collaborators, and longtime students of the Enneagram. They have extensively put its principles to use in their friendships, families, workplaces, and consulting practices, and find it brings illumination and sacred change every time. They are not interested in putting people in boxes, but in creating experiences in which we can awaken to the boxes we are already in and experience liberation. When we learn how to access the Enneagram’s three centers of intelligence (gut, heart, and head), we have more compassion for ourselves, more fulfilling relationships, and more groundedness in the world.

We suggest participants come in pairs or small groups or asking your organization to sponsor you as a professional development opportunity. Come as friends, family members (related and/or chosen), co-workers, or partners. Your learning will grow beyond the class if it’s done in relationship. Solo registrants are also very welcome, however!

Five consecutive Tuesday mornings, 9-11 PST on Zoom:

First session is an introduction, the middle three will address the gut, heart, and head centers of intelligence, and the last session is for integration. Guest interviewees for the middle three sessions.
