ASA Los Angeles: 7-Hour USPAP Update for PP, G&J, and MTS

ASA Los Angeles is pleased to offer the 7-Hour USPAP Update course for PP, GJ and MTS taught by Teri Brossmer, GIA GG, ASA, ARM-GJ

Date and time: April 8th (8am – 12pm) & 9th (8am-11am PST)

This course is open to all ASA members and non-members.

PLEASE NOTE: Registrants will need to have a copy of the 2020-2021 USPAP Publication and will receive an electronic copy of the 2022-2023 Student Manual and 2022 USPAP Reference Manual.

About Teri Brossmer:
Gem and Jewelry Appraiser with over 35 years of experience in the profession. Ms. Brossmer is Accredited by the American Society of Appraisers in two disciplines: Appraisal Review and Management and Gems and Jewelry. She has developed and taught courses in ASA’s Principles of Valuation program for the Gems and Jewelry discipline in China and the U.S. She is certified as a USPAP (Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice) Instructor by the Appraisal Qualifications Board. Her diverse appraisal practice provides professional appraisal services including appraisals and consulting for the general public, members of the jewelry and diamond trade, and for Federal law enforcement agencies as well as expert witness testimony or litigation support for legal matters involving gem or jewelry valuation or appraisal standard of care. Ms. Brossmer currently serves as the President of Accredited Gemologists Association and remains active with the Gem and Jewelry Discipline of ASA.
