Communication / Leadership Workshop for Quarantined Leaders
Presented by: Juli Burney
Leading is not dependent on a title, or position, leading is more often shown by example. Now, more then ever, your example of handling the challenge of the quarantine and pandemic can set the environment for all of your employees. That can be done successfully with awareness of effective communication strategies and good humor. This session will cover: the importance of effective communication during quarantine, recognition of different perspectives, and using humor as a communication tool. Q & A will be encouraged throughout this time.
