FRIDAY Hybrid HOLY YOGA (Sept 9-Dec 16)

Join us on FRIDAYS, SEPTEMBER 9th - DECEMBER 16th from 9-10am EST as we enjoy Holy Yoga together for a HYBRID (in-person & zoom) class!

There will be participants in-person at FBC The Grove, plus those of you joining us via ZOOM! Camera will just be on the instructor and you can enjoy the class right from where you are. (Class may be recorded once it begins to possibly share with participants in the future.)

Music:
Music will be played at the in-person location for those participants, but you on Zoom will most likely not be able to hear it. Feel free to play our class playlist for yourself, especially during our biblical meditation at the end of class.

Camera:
Your video is welcome to be on or off - you decide your comfort level! I always love to be able to see you, but your comfort is the most important :). Please make sure you are MUTED for when the class begins!

Cost:
This class is by donation only. Students often ask us to give them a suggested donation, so for this one we suggest $5-10... but please know if you can't pay the class is our gift to you.
