About the Speaker:
Nav Khanna is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Travis Credit Union, Vacaville, CA. He oversees member experience, business banking, consumer lending, real estate lending, card services, loan servicing & operations, loan collections, retail branch network, branch operations, e-commerce, inbound and outbound contact center, item processing, wealth management, insurance services, marketing and corporate/community relations. In April 2007, he joined the credit union as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to Travis Credit Union, Nav was Assistant Vice-President, Director of Corporate Finance at Baxter Credit Union in Vernon Hills, Illinois. He earned his BA in finance and economics at the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada and an MBA in international business and finance at the University of Hartford in Paris, France and Hartford, Connecticut.
