Join us for a 1-hour virtual session that will provide an overview and approach to Spinal cord injury rehabilitation: A primer for medical students, led by Matti Allen, currently PGY3 at Queen's Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Matti Allen is from Scarborough, Ontario. He is currently PGY3 at Queen's Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He obtained a BSc in Kinesiology, as well as MSc and PhD in clinical neuromuscular physiology at the University of Western Ontario, prior to graduating with his MD from Queen's in 2018.
He has held an academic appointment as Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Queen's School of Kinesiology and Health Studies since 2015. His primary clinical and research interests relate to neuromuscular medicine and rehab, EMG, and applying exercise as medicine. While not at work, Matti loves playing rugby, canoeing/camping, and travel.
