The IFCOP will help participants use talent finance to solve workforce training and education issues. Issues include difficulty finding talent with the right skills, affording training for incumbent workers, and connecting job seekers with affordable and quality training. Participants will explore outcomes-based finance tools, skilled savings accounts, and pay-it-forward funds. Participants will be introduced to talent finance service providers and potential funders.
