One of the key complaints within the life of a church is the lack of communication. However, this isn’t always because things haven’t been mentioned, rather it’s because they haven’t been heard. Communication is the art of being understood and understanding others. Through this training day, participants will develop a comprehensive understanding of the impact of communication on others, and how to improve personal communication skills to a level where information can be conveyed efficiently and effectively.

Yn ystod y diwrnod hyfforddi hwn, bydd cyfranogwyr yn datblygu dealltwriaeth gynhwysfawr o effaith cyfathrebu ar eraill, a sut i wella sgiliau cyfathrebu personol i lefel lle gellir cyfleu gwybodaeth yn effeithlon ac effeithiol.
