The Global Power of Oncology Nursing 2021

The Global Power of Oncology Nursing Conference 2021 (GPON2021) is taking place over 3 days covering 3 time zones and is free to attend. We are focussing on the impact that adult and paediatric nurses have made to the lives of people with cancer and their caregivers, over this last year - a great challenge on a global scale. We are particularly grateful to nurses from low resource countries for sharing how they coped and are still coping with trauma, grief, dying and death, amid the colossal challenges of COVID-19, conflict or climate change. Amongst this distress, these nurses also celebrated life and found joy, reflected in their videos with joyous song and dance.

GPON2021 is a time to share experiences and hear from nurses and colleagues from around the world through interactive discussions and thoughtful reflections. You can make a real difference to the nurses by joining us and sharing your experiences across the cancer continuum. Please join us on one or all of the days!

GPON2021 is part of a co-ordinated series of online events for ‘London Global Cancer Week’ (LGCW).
