Hello, dears! Welcome to the Happy Body Class goes Zoom: EARTH!
I recommend the following preparations:
• Install the Zoom application
(the link will be always the same during the next six weeks)
• Make some space to move!
• Wear comfortable sportswear, shoes are not needed.
• Have some water or tea with you…we will breathe a lot this might make you thirsty ;-)!
• It would be great if you could avoid being
disturbed for 1,15 hours during our training
(turn off your phone and tell your roommates).
• It is best to have a yoga mat, a bottle of water,
a blanket, and a chair nearby.
The aim of the class is to teach you to shift attention from mind-body and to gain energy while moving without efforts and in a non-repetitive way.
By stopping the movements, you will gain relaxation silence flexibility, and balance if you follow those four principles:
N. 1: each movement stops.
N. 2: each movement starts new.
N. 3: each movement starts from the body, not from the mind
N. 4: make sure you breathe while moving.
For each song, I will give you a set of limitations in size speed, and shape of the movement.
