To keep you sane :) This class is aimed at young adults who want to explore yoga for both body and mind, with a sense of community of young like minded people around them. Move your body, learn breathing techniques, clear your mind, strengthening and toning poses with a touch of yoga philosophy thrown in.
Payment is by donation (suggested £5) but whatever you can afford, even free if you're struggling
If you suffer from a specific injury or are managing a condition please remember that it is up to you whether or not a practice is right for you.
