In 1948, Dale Carnegie wrote about making lemonade out of lemons, and while today we’ve taken a more dystopian turn, the principle still applies; we are forging resilience, determination and focus from the dumpster fire that was 2020. In this program, Holly Meadows Baird, a sustainability and engagement strategist at Milepost SPC, will share three bright spots from her 2020 experience. Her story will include the challenge and opportunity of personal resiliency while daring to lead, overcoming disruption through professional determination and a newly minted rapid strategic planning process, and finally crafting a crystal-clear focus on sustainable outcomes achieved through behavior change and Community-Based Social Marketing.
