AIA QLD - Climate Adaptation Research for Northern Australia - Andrew Ash

It will follow Mark Howden’s presentation on the science, and John Pickering’s on the social and behavioural dimensions of climate adaptation. Dr Andrew Ash, formerly group leader of CSIRO’s climate adaptation flagship, will present research priorities and activities relevant to climate adaptation in northern Australia. He will also explore the policy drive to ‘develop the north’ in a variable and changing climate.
