Suffolk Libraries are continuing to provide free classes for you all! Not just back.. but on a more permanent basis! Continuing in 6 week blocks! For those who have been to my classes before... Welcome back you wonderful lot. and to those brand new thank you so much for coming to join the fun!!
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a method of movement and exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. My aim is to bring positivity and fun to Pilates. To be inclusive of all abilities and bodies. And to provide a safe environment for you to move your body!
You can choose to attend one or more of the following sessions.
