Online Yoga with Anna Laurita in January & February 2023

All-levels sessions, Anna will posture options for all. Hatha moves more slowly and we hold the postures longer. Vinyasa includes chaturanga transitions and moves more swiftly.

Please read below to register for online live Yoga Classes with Anna - there is a registration fee of 8$ for each class.

DAYS ( All classes are 60 minutes and begin at 7:30am Pacific Time - except for Pranayama)
Tuesdays - Hatha Yoga & Pranayama
Wednesday - Vinyasa
Thursdays - Vinyasa



HOW TO REGISTER:
1) Scroll through the dates below and check off which classes you would like to attend.

2) Fill out the REGISTRATION FORM below & choose your form of payment.

3) Determine your REGISTRATION FEE by multiplying how many classes you are registering for.

4) Go to your PREFERRED PAYMENT APP & pay the Registration Fee. Please make a comment with your name and Yoga and date or dates you are paying for. Or send Anna an email with this information: anna@davannayoga.com

5) Once your Registration Form and Fees are received, you'll receive a confirmation email from Zoom with a link to download the app & "Join the Meeting” (Class).

REGISTRATION FEE:

Example: 8 Classes x $7/class =$56

DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR EACH CLASS:
1 hour before the start of class.
