Can Interfaith Collaboration Contribute to Climate Justice?
The interfaith movement is yet nascent in Southasia, but we are undoubtedly among those whom religion impacts the most. As does climate change. Does it not make sense then to leverage the forces of faith to fight the crisis of climate?

We invite you to a virtual panel discussion ahead of the UN World Interfaith Harmony week in February 2022. Led by Urmi Chanda, an interfaith research scholar, the panel comprises 4-5 speakers, including Southasian faith leaders (Hindu, Muslim, Buddhist, etc.) who have been associated with some form of environment activism, as also scholars and activists who work in this domain.

The religious diversity of the panel would make it an interfaith dialogue, while also addressing a more urgent global problem of climate change.
