At Working To Wellbeing, we're focusing our Brew Monday efforts on friendships and social support in the office.
We know that great friendships are forged at work, and people often find their life partners in the workplace. We spend more time with the people at work than we do with our families, and as such, we suggest paying homage to our friends at work.
On the 16th of January, we will be hosting an 11's style webinar that puts a spotlight on the vital role of social support in the workplace and how we can all work to increase our support for each other, look out for each other and in some cases make friends for life.
We look forward to discussing 'what will you do today to increase social support for you and your colleagues?'
